Distribution Analyst at Fresh (LVMH) in Jersey City, NJ. Oversee global supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics across six major markets. Hybrid role, $75K–$95K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own bi-weekly DC replenishment processes for North America and Canada markets, overseeing product flow and stock optimization
- Manage UK order placement and B2B replenishment coordination, ensuring timely fulfillment of market requirements
- Oversee weekly Service Alerts data collection and dissemination across global markets to maintain supply chain transparency
- Direct finished goods inventory allocation across all distribution centers, balancing stock levels, transportation lead times, forecasted demand, and launch priorities to maximize service levels
- Partner with inventory teams to complete monthly filler inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate stock records
- Own monthly freight financials and emissions reporting, developing KPIs to track logistics performance and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics partners to benchmark best practices for reducing lead times while maintaining service standards to distribution centers
- Build and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards tracking order fulfillment, inventory and storage utilization, labor productivity, and total cost per order for both B2C and B2B operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, inventory management, or related operations field
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex multi-market replenishment and inventory allocation processes
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience developing operational KPIs and performance dashboards
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams and external logistics partners
- Experience with global supply chain operations, preferably across multiple geographic regions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, inventory operations, logistics coordination, or equivalent distribution roles, ideally with exposure to multi-market or multi-region portfolio management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree.
