Fresh (LVMH) is hiring a Creative Operations Coordinator in New York City to manage Workfront timelines, sample logistics and vendor processes for global creative projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track creative projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, milestones and resource allocation within Workfront to ensure on-time execution.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, external vendors and translation agencies to facilitate clear, timely communication.
- Manage sample inventory and logistics—maintain the sample closet, order replenishments and prepare samples for shoots and creative use.
- Support packaging design workflows, including routing copy and assets between marketing, storytelling and translation partners and tracking approvals.
- Deliver project management support for VMSD and North America events, coordinating cross-functional partners and event timelines.
- Administer vendor relationships and procurement processes: onboard vendors, create purchase orders, track invoices and monitor budget adherence.
- Provide general administrative support to the Creative Operations team, including scheduling meetings, recording recaps and routing approvals.
- Contribute to process improvements and scale creative operations as the brand’s project portfolio expands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management or administrative support within a creative department, marketing agency, or beauty/fashion/lifestyle environment.
- Proven experience using project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday or Asana.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to act as an effective cross-functional liaison.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle vendor processes and basic procurement tasks.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is a plus.

1–4 years of coordination, project management or administrative support experience, preferably within a creative team, marketing agency, or the beauty/fashion/lifestyle sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
