Fresh — Creative & Content Intern (Singapore). 6‑month full‑time internship in SEA‑Oceania creative team producing social and marketing content.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SEA‑Oceania marketing & creative team to conceptualize and storyboard social-first and site content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Produce end‑to‑end video and photo content: create shot lists, manage pre‑production, direct shoots, and oversee post‑production (editing, color correction, sound design).
- Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and print (web pages, EDM, banners, brochures, in‑store assets and packaging mockups).
- Execute short‑form video production tailored to platform behaviours and current culture/trends; iterate quickly on creative concepts and deliverables.
- Maintain high production standards by coordinating timelines, shooting schedules, technical troubleshooting and revisions with regional stakeholders.
- Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to propose thumb‑stopping creative ideas and support continuous improvement of content strategies.
Qualifications
- Available to commit to a 6‑month full‑time internship (Jun/Jul to Dec 2026).
- Degree or diploma in design, visual communication, media production or a related discipline; fresh graduates with high potential considered.
- Proven photography and videography skills; hands‑on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/audio setups.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Strong visual sensibility with sound knowledge of frame composition, lighting and studio tools (ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops).
- Excellent verbal communication, time management, and ability to take creative direction and work with minimal supervision.

Entry‑level internship. Prior academic or personal project experience in photography, videography, editing or content design preferred; no extensive professional track record required.
Education
Degree or diploma in design, visual communication, media production, film, photography or a related field. Fresh graduates with demonstrable portfolio considered.
