Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations at the store counter to achieve sales targets.
- Execute monthly marketing activities accurately.
- Collect and report competitor and market activity information to supervisors.

- Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Experience managing high-revenue stores.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High sensitivity to luxury products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with no visible tattoos.
- Ability to provide expert skincare knowledge and advice to customers.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email communication.
