Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at the store counter to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
- Input and maintain daily sales data and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Provide proactive customer consultation services and maintain after-sales service to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Uphold the brand image and assist in daily store operations, including inventory checks and ensuring accurate data.
- Support store displays and merchandise management, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to brand operational standards.
- Participate actively in employee training to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Assist the store manager with other related store duties.
Qualifications
- Over one year of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- Professional appearance with good skin condition and a pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to provide customers with professional skincare knowledge and advice.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
