Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at the store or counter to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
- Input and maintain daily sales data and meet monthly sales objectives.
- Provide proactive customer consultation and after-sales service, understanding customer needs and feedback.
- Maintain brand image and ensure accurate inventory management and store display.
- Participate in staff training on product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Over one year of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- Professional appearance with good skin quality and a pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to provide expert skincare knowledge and advice to customers.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
