Fresh seeks a Paid Media Coordinator in New York, NY to execute full-funnel brand campaigns and performance media initiatives. $70K–$85K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Manager and media agency to develop full-funnel media plans for key product franchises and performance media campaigns supporting DTC website sales
- Collaborate with Publicis to plan and execute 2-3 full-funnel brand campaigns annually across paid social, OLV, programmatic, and additional channels
- Execute lower-funnel paid search and social media campaigns in partnership with the ecommerce team to support DTC website promotions and key seasonal moments
- Partner with the affiliate team to strategically increase commissions and invest in flat fee placements during major business moments
- Manage retailer media partnerships with Sephora and Ulta to plan and execute lower-funnel on-site campaigns including sponsored product ads and banners
- Monitor weekly performance metrics, implement optimizations, and deliver performance improvements aligned with business objectives
- Manage campaign inputs including creative assets and promotional details to ensure agencies and partners have accurate, timely information for execution
- Review agency reports, summarize performance insights, and identify key learnings and improvement opportunities
- Assist in preparing presentations and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with global creative, marketing, ecommerce, influencer, and PR teams for integrated campaign management
- Coordinate monthly and seasonal marketing promotions for consistent reflection across paid media channels
- Manage paid usage rights for content creators to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Process invoices, IOs, and POs to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely vendor payments
- Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to inform testing and innovation strategies
- Monitor competitive advertising and trends to capture relevant market intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 1-2 years of proven paid media experience, either agency-side or in-house
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision into execution
- Solid understanding of key paid media KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and attribution fundamentals
- Avid user with strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and direct experience with their respective ad managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with external partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams

Education
