Fresh is hiring a Beauty Counter Manager in Shanghai (Jiu Guang) — full‑time retail leadership role overseeing sales, service and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales performance of the Jiu Guang counter/store to meet and exceed monthly targets; coach and motivate the team to deliver consistent results.
- Implement and execute monthly marketing and promotional activities according to brand guidelines.
- Collect and report mall and competitor activity intelligence regularly to supervisors.
- Deliver high‑touch, consultative customer service; proactively manage after‑sales follow‑up and resolve customer objections to preserve brand reputation.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations including inventory accuracy, stock management, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand operational standards: displays, stock control, sales reporting, staff presentation and customer maintenance.
- Participate in and deliver staff training on product knowledge, service standards and basic computer skills to raise counter performance.
- Communicate company policies and operational directives to counter staff and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading a retail team.
- Proven experience managing high‑revenue stores.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and service orientation.
- High sensitivity to luxury standards; polished personal presentation and professional grooming; no visible tattoos.
- In‑depth skincare knowledge with the ability to provide professional advice and education to customers.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and client‑relations skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and comfortable with email correspondence.

Experience
Requires a minimum of 5 years frontline cosmetics sales and at least 3 years in a supervisory or team‑leading retail role, with prior responsibility for a high‑revenue store.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail management preferred.
