Fresh Beauty Consultant position in Xiamen, China. Retail sales role offering customer engagement and brand representation opportunities in perfumes and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and proactively meet sales targets, leveraging personal sales experience
- Recommend and cross-sell branded products based on individual customer requirements and preferences
- Execute assigned business and store operations tasks, including handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Maintain compliance with company operations requirements and brand guidelines
- Deliver attentive, warm, and meticulous customer service
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
- High degree of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards; no visible scars or tattoos on exposed areas
- Clear, standard Mandarin Chinese pronunciation
