Fresh Beauty Consultant role in Kunming, China. Drive luxury skincare sales through expert customer consultation and retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute counter and retail sales activities, contributing to team sales targets through collaborative efforts and daily performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate daily sales data entry and reconciliation; track progress against monthly sales objectives
- Deliver proactive, knowledgeable customer consultation on skincare products and regimens tailored to individual skin types
- Conduct post-purchase follow-up and address customer feedback promptly to strengthen brand loyalty
- Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy
- Support counter and boutique visual merchandising, including product display rotations and promotional presentations
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, counter maintenance, and store cleanliness standards
- Adhere strictly to all brand operational guidelines and corporate policies
- Participate in ongoing training programs covering product knowledge, service excellence, and computer systems
- Support the Store Manager with additional operational responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of first-line cosmetics or skincare sales experience
- Excellent appearance and professional presentation; polished personal grooming standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of skincare regimens and professional ability to educate customers on proper skincare practices
- Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal warmth and authentic rapport-building skills
- Composure and resilience under high-pressure retail environments

Minimum 1 year of direct experience in first-line cosmetics or prestige beauty retail sales, preferably in a department store or luxury counter environment.
