Fresh seeks an experienced Beauty Consultant for its counter at Century New City, Chongqing. Drive retail sales, deliver skincare expertise, and maintain brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute counter and retail sales through collaborative teamwork to achieve store sales targets
- Maintain daily sales data entry and ensure monthly sales targets are met
- Provide proactive customer consultation and professional skincare education aligned with brand positioning
- Deliver exceptional post-sale service and actively solicit customer feedback to inform business improvements
- Participate in daily inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Execute counter and store visual merchandising displays and promotional updates
- Oversee daily store operations including merchandise management, counter hygiene, and store cleanliness
- Adhere to all brand operational standards and policies
- Engage in ongoing professional development including product knowledge, service quality, and system proficiency training
- Support the Store Manager in completing additional operational responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of frontline cosmetics retail sales experience
- Clear complexion and polished personal appearance
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate professional skincare advice
- Outgoing personality with natural empathy and genuine approachability
- Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Composed demeanor and professional bearing
