Fresh Beauty Consultant position in Chengdu, China. Retail sales, customer service, and skincare expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets through collaborative teamwork and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate daily sales data entry and reporting
- Provide expert skincare consultations and educate customers on proper skincare regimens and product benefits
- Deliver proactive post-sale customer service and gather feedback to refine service quality
- Conduct routine inventory reconciliation and ensure precise stock accuracy
- Coordinate counter and store visual displays, including seasonal updates and merchandise rotation
- Perform daily store operations including stock management, counter maintenance, and facility cleanliness
- Participate in product knowledge training, customer service excellence modules, and basic computer proficiency sessions
- Uphold brand standards and operational policies consistently
- Support store management in executing additional operational requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of frontline beauty or cosmetics retail sales experience
- Excellent complexion and refined personal appearance with polished grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with natural warmth and charisma
- Ability to deliver professional skincare advice and educate clients on complexion care
- Demonstrated resilience under high-pressure sales environments

Experience
Minimum one year of hands-on cosmetics or beauty retail sales experience in a direct-to-consumer environment, preferably in a luxury or prestige beauty setting.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); postsecondary beauty, cosmetics, or retail management training is advantageous.
