Role & Responsibilities
- Execute counter and retail sales with focus on achieving monthly and store-level sales targets through collaborative team effort
- Deliver professional skincare consultation and product knowledge to customers, emphasizing proper skin care techniques and brand philosophy
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and inventory data entry; conduct regular stock audits to ensure data precision
- Manage product displays, planograms, and merchandise presentation in alignment with brand standards
- Provide proactive and responsive post-purchase customer support; actively gather and communicate customer feedback and requirements
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, counter and retail space maintenance, and cleanliness standards
