Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively achieve sales targets and contribute personal sales experience.
- Recommend complementary brand products according to customer needs.
- Support and execute assigned business and store operations, including handling customer complaints.
- Comply with company and store operating requirements and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and enthusiasm for the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
