Fresh is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Wuhan to drive sales and business development, deliver attentive customer service, recommend complementary products, handle customer complaints and uphold store operating requirements and brand guidelines. The full-time role requires standard Mandarin pronunciation; 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively achieve sales targets and contribute personal sales expertise.
- Recommend complementary brand products in line with customer needs.
- Carry out assigned business and store duties, including handling customer complaints.
- Comply with company and store operating requirements and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
