Fresh seeks a Beauty Advisor in Wuhan, China to staff the Fresh counter at Wuhan Plaza and deliver consultative skincare sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling at the Fresh counter within Wuhan Plaza.
- Record and maintain daily sales data accurately and support monthly sales reporting to meet store objectives.
- Deliver expert, consultative customer service including product demonstrations, tailored recommendations and after-sales follow-up to nurture client loyalty.
- Uphold and proactively promote the Fresh brand image through professional presentation and service standards.
- Support store operational tasks: execute inventory counts, ensure stock accuracy and participate in receiving and replenishment activities.
- Execute merchandising and display resets at the counter and assist with visual standards to maximize product presentation.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions (product knowledge, service quality, basic computer usage) and apply learning to improve sales performance.
- Comply with company policies and assist the store manager with ad hoc store duties to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Some prior retail sales experience; experience in cosmetics, beauty counters, jewellery or multi-brand beauty stores is preferred.
- Outgoing, affable manner with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Resilient under pressure and driven to meet sales targets.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation; candidates with visible tattoos may be unsuitable per brand guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy sufficient for daily data entry and reporting.

Experience
Preferably one year or more of retail sales experience; direct experience at cosmetics counters or beauty multi-brand stores is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty/cosmetology is a plus.
