Role & Responsibilities
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain daily sales records to achieve monthly performance targets
- Deliver professional skincare consultations, educating clients on product benefits and proper skincare protocols
- Manage counter and store display merchandising, including regular inventory audits and accurate data maintenance
- Provide comprehensive post-sale customer service, actively soliciting feedback and addressing client concerns
- Support daily operational tasks including stock management, merchandising updates, and boutique cleanliness standards
