Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at the store counter, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Record and maintain daily sales data and achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Provide proactive customer consultation services and ensure exemplary after-sales service.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's image through excellent customer interactions.
- Assist in daily inventory checks and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the arrangement and replacement of store displays.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandise management and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
- Participate actively in employee training sessions covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Comply with company policies and assist the store manager with various store-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
- Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and excellent personal grooming.
- Ability to provide professional skincare knowledge and advice to customers.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
