Role & Responsibilities

• Execute counter and boutique sales activities, collaborating with team members to achieve store sales targets
• Record and maintain daily sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Deliver proactive and attentive customer consultation services, addressing inquiries and providing skincare expertise
• Provide post-sales service and solicit client feedback to understand evolving needs and preferences
• Maintain brand integrity and reputation through professional conduct and service excellence
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
• Support counter and boutique visual merchandising updates and seasonal displays
• Contribute to daily store operations including stock management, counter maintenance, and facility cleanliness
• Adhere rigorously to brand operational guidelines and compliance requirements
• Participate in product knowledge and service quality training programs
• Master fundamental point-of-sale and computer operations to support sales execution
• Assist Store Manager with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of frontline cosmetics sales experience
• Professional appearance with refined facial features and excellent grooming standards
• Ability to deliver expert skincare knowledge and educate clients on proper skincare practices
• Extroverted personality with strong affinity for client engagement and relationship-building
• Demonstrated ability to manage workplace stress and maintain composure in fast-paced retail environments
• Ability to work on-site with reliable attendance

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of frontline cosmetics sales experience required, preferably with luxury or prestige beauty brands. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary retail or hospitality training preferred.
