Fresh seeks a Beauty Advisor in Kunming, China — in-store role at Parkson Baisheng delivering skincare consultations and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store sales from a department-store counter or boutique, working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Record and maintain daily sales data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide proactive, consultative client service including product demonstrations, personalised recommendations and after-sales follow-up.
- Preserve and project the brand image through professional conduct and high standards of client interaction.
- Support store operations: participate in inventory counts, manage stock and assist with goods handling.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with display changes.
- Participate in mandatory training (product knowledge, service standards, basic computer operations) and apply learnings to improve sales performance.
- Comply with company policies and assist the store manager with ad-hoc operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Some retail sales experience; prior cosmetics, beauty, jewellery or multi‑brand store experience preferred.
- Outgoing, personable demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining professional composure.
- Neat, well‑groomed appearance consistent with brand standards; visible body art may be restricted according to brand policy.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing product and service training.

Experience
Some prior retail sales experience is required; candidates with background in cosmetics, beauty, jewellery or beauty concept stores will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty/cosmetology is advantageous.
