Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tester bottles and counters.
- Regularly refresh fragrance in the store.
- Ensure the counter area is tidy and organized.
- Reposition testers after customer use.
- Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
- Prepare ribbons and packaging materials as required.
- Support inventory management tasks.
- Greet customers with a smile and distribute fragrance samples.
- Invite customers into the store and introduce them to beauty advisors.
- Assist customers with seating and offer refreshments.
- Help beauty advisors with gift wrapping.
- Engage customers during wait times to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Interest in cosmetics and beauty products.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and enjoys sharing knowledge with others.
- Strong service orientation and ability to integrate quickly into a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
