Fresh Beauty Advisor position in Fuzhou, China — drive sales and customer satisfaction in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
- Achieve sales targets and leverage personal sales experience to guide customer purchases
- Recommend and cross-sell brand products based on individual customer needs
- Execute assigned operational and store maintenance tasks, including managing customer complaints
- Maintain adherence to company brand standards and store operational requirements
Qualifications
