Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at store counters or boutiques to achieve sales targets through teamwork.
- Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
- Meet monthly sales objectives.
- Proactively provide customer consultation services.
- Deliver excellent post-sale service by understanding customer needs and feedback.
- Uphold and enhance the brand image.
- Assist in daily inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the display and rearrangement of counters and store layouts.
- Participate in daily store operations, including merchandise management and cleanliness.
- Strictly adhere to brand operational requirements.
- Actively participate in staff training on product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills to meet comprehensive competency requirements and improve sales performance.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist the store manager with other related store matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in the retail industry, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional image with no visible tattoos.

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, particularly within the cosmetics or beauty sector, is preferred.
