Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in retail sales activities at store counters or boutiques, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Input and maintain daily sales data accurately.
- Meet monthly sales objectives.
- Proactively offer customer consultation services.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service, understanding customer needs and feedback.
- Uphold and enhance the brand image.
- Assist in daily inventory checks ensuring data accuracy.
- Support in merchandise display and store layout adjustments.
- Participate in routine store operations including product management and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to brand operational standards.
- Actively participate in staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty multi-brand stores.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle significant work pressure.
- Good skin quality, presentable appearance, and a professional demeanor with no visible tattoos.

Experience
Prior experience in the retail sector, particularly in cosmetics or related fields, is preferred.
