Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned indirect procurement categories
- Assist in implementing strategies to evolve procurement into a more strategic function, including process simplification and automation initiatives
- Participate in end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and selection processes
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships across headquarters and North America
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and business reviews, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support supplier consolidation and spend optimization initiatives
- Conduct data-driven spend analysis and market intelligence research to support business decision-making
- Support the implementation and maintenance of contracts, compliance requirements, and procurement governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and serve as a representative of the procurement function to leadership teams
- Contribute to risk mitigation and supplier sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or related procurement field
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred
- Advanced Excel skills or similar analytics tools
- Proficiency with procurement reporting tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex spend data into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with integrity, trust, and high motivation
