Role & Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned indirect procurement categories, including RFI/RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, selection, and contracting
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships with headquarters and across North America, monitoring performance through KPIs and regular business reviews
• Support the implementation of procurement transformation strategies aimed at process simplification, automation, and governance standardization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with operational and commercial priorities
• Prepare data-driven insights and market intelligence research to inform business decision-making and strategic planning
• Contribute to supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and procurement governance standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related field, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent analytics tools
• Experience with procurement reporting tools and ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to transform complex spend data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with integrity, trustworthiness, and high motivation

Skills

Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or a closely related field. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is highly valued. Candidate should demonstrate proficiency in end-to-end sourcing processes, supplier management, and strategic spend analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, economics, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience in procurement may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 105,000 per annum.
