Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of product development projects with R&D, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met on schedule

  • Track product submissions and approvals; evaluate formula iterations and provide technical feedback to R&D
  • Attend bi-weekly cross-functional briefing sessions to monitor development progress and launch calendars
  • Coordinate with packaging development to align packaging options with formula and texture specifications
  • Ensure product formula compliance and marketing claims alignment with regulatory and legal requirements across existing and emerging markets
  • Review and provide input on packaging copy, marketing collateral, and training materials for storytelling and consumer education

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in cosmetic product development with demonstrated expertise in skincare
  • Hands-on experience working with R&D teams on technical formulation discussions; personal formulation experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of the cosmetic industry regulatory environment and compliance requirements
  • Broad knowledge of skincare ingredients, with demonstrated ability to translate scientific concepts into consumer-friendly language
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
