Fresh Assistant Product Manager in Shanghai | Drive brand growth through product management and 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, consumer satisfaction, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as owner of 2–3 product franchises (LIP, Body, Sets), developing product pipelines and comprehensive launch plans
- Deliver product launch plans and reviews, managing retail sales performance, market share, and category ranking accountability
- Manage product forecasts to ensure supply chain stability and inventory control across C1 and C3 channels
- Coordinate marketing plans with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure brand alignment
- Monitor product pricing, promotions, and market pricing information to optimize competitive positioning
- Support the Senior Product Manager in core category development work, including innovation pipeline planning and post-launch reviews
- Execute budget planning, spending oversight, and P&L management under managerial guidance
- Execute brand and marketing-related projects and reporting as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG or beauty industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Product innovation experience
- Local brand market experience
