Fresh (LVMH) seeks Area Sales and Education Executive in Seattle to drive sales and training across Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom. $70K–$90K USD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales goals through strategic call cycle planning and event execution in territory
- Manage freelance and travel budgets to optimize sales per hour (SPH) and return on investment
- Conduct comprehensive in-store training for Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom personnel aligned with retailer brand expectations
- Plan and execute branded in-store events targeting 10-14% margin of basket and increased ROI and average event sales
- Collaborate with store management on optimal visual product placement and merchandising
- Establish and develop strong relationships with Beauty Advisors, store leadership, district managers, and department managers
- Train Fresh selling specialists and retail personnel on new product launches and core product categories
- Partner with retailers' Beauty Advisors and clients to provide premium service and support during in-store activities
- Ensure Fresh visual displays—wallbays, gondolas, endcaps, towers—meet brand merchandising standards
- Drive best practice sharing within field team regarding additional training, events, and personnel support opportunities
- Maintain regular store call cycles and manage schedules and travel logistics effectively
- Utilize company-supported reports and tools to develop customized in-store strategies for personnel training and selling optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of beauty industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom retail environments preferred
- Proficient to advanced skill in Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to motivate others and function effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, with proven track record in direct sales, retail account management, or beauty counter operations. Experience working within Sephora and Nordstrom retail environments is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
