Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the forecasting team to design, develop, and implement weekly and monthly forecasting reports for various business units and regions
• Prepare and publish comprehensive reports covering Sell In and Sell Out performance at market and retailer levels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven recommendations for process optimization and forecast accuracy improvement
• Maintain and manage global Demand Planning Master Data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales departments
• Identify trends, anomalies, and variances in forecasting data and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders
• Automate reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to forecasting model enhancements, data integration, and reporting tools
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from senior management and other departments
• Create and maintain dashboards within Power BI and other business intelligence platforms
• Issue weekly and monthly reporting packages to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
• 1–4+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, or a similar analytical function
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and complex formulas
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with master data management principles is desirable

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, or supply chain analytics. Candidates with 1–4+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, business intelligence, or quantitative analysis are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with global supply chain operations and multi-stakeholder reporting environments is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
