Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the forecasting team to design, develop, and implement weekly and monthly forecasting reports for various business units and regions
• Prepare and publish comprehensive reports covering Sell In and Sell Out performance at market and retailer levels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven recommendations for process optimization and forecast accuracy improvement
• Maintain and manage global Demand Planning Masterdata, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales departments
• Identify trends, anomalies, and variances in forecasting data and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to forecasting model enhancements, data integration, and reporting tools
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from senior management and other departments

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, or similar function
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and complex formulas
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Experience with forecasting software, preferably DynaSys
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and commitment to continuous improvement
• Familiarity with master data management principles (desirable)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, forecasting, business intelligence reporting, or related quantitative function. Prior exposure to global supply chain, demand planning, or enterprise forecasting systems is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related quantitative field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
