Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end processes, including month-end close, actuals reporting, annual close, budget planning, and latest estimates
• Prepare data and initial analyses to support monthly close reviews and departmental reviews with HQ functions, focusing on accruals tracking and actuals compilation
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reported results
• Monitor and analyse indirect purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies
• Identify key operating metrics for each function and support development of dashboards, bridge reporting, and performance monitoring analyses
• Build collaborative and trusted working relationships across HQ departments and Fresh functions
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to assess business operations and support management recommendations for actions and controls
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, identifying risks and opportunities that influence investment and spending decisions
• Support implementation of practical solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, accounting-related finance roles, or business analysis, preferably in corporate, consumer goods, retail, or multi-market environments
• Strong ability to connect financial performance to business performance and translate analysis into clear conclusions, risks, and opportunities
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across functions
• Interest in process improvement and continuous learning
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as AX, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools or emerging technologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

The candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to connect financial performance to business performance and possess experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
