Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle seeks a Trade Marketing Intern to support the Fragrances Trade Marketing team, which manages prestigious brands including Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian Paris, Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, Balmain Beauty, and Jo Malone London. The intern will develop and execute trade marketing initiatives, support client projects, manage department store partnerships, and participate in data analysis, in-store activities, and commercial meetings. This position offers comprehensive exposure to luxury prestige beauty operations within a multinational, dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and roll-out of trade marketing materials across online and offline channels
- Assist in the creation and execution of targeted client projects
- Manage the department store action plan from planning through implementation and monitoring
- Oversee the CRM program for department store partners and generate ROI reports
- Monitor competitive positioning in brand and merchandising visibility, social media, and eCommerce channels
- Coordinate the digitization process for trade slots, including file creation and in-store delivery verification
- Support the team in third-party platform launches and system updates
- Prepare presentation decks and sales materials for internal and international stakeholders
