The Sales Associate delivers personalized customer service, represents the brand, supports sales growth and contributes to stand or boutique management and visual identity. This is a temporary, full-time 35-hour-per-week CDD role at Printemps Haussmann in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an authentic, personalized customer experience and contribute to sales objectives.
- Provide each customer with a distinctive experience through a high standard of welcome, advice, and service.
- Represent the brand’s identity and introduce it to customers with enthusiasm.
- Support the brand’s commercial strategy at the point of sale by growing revenue and building collaborative, dynamic working relationships within the team.
- Contribute to stand or boutique management and safeguard the brand’s visual identity at the point of sale.
Qualifications
- Passion for cosmetics and sales.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in beauty.
- Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to accommodate the point of sale’s operating hours.
- Knowledge of sales software.
