Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and sales techniques
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of start and end-of-day financial procedures
- Manage store opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis according to scheduling requirements
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer service standards
- Maintain retail operations standards and ensure compliance with company protocols
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to fragrance clients
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or fragrance
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Strong cash handling and financial reconciliation skills
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or fragrance retail. Prior supervisory, coaching, or mentoring experience is desirable. Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures, is strongly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management qualifications or certifications are desirable but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
