Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations and team coordination
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and register management
- Manage point-of-sale software operations and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets through coaching and performance management
- Monitor retail floor activity and ensure compliance with store standards and merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience within cosmetics or prestige beauty is required. Supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 24 per hour.
