Frédéric Malle seeks a Fragrance Consultant for a 37.5-hour role at Selfridges on Oxford Street in London. The consultant delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising standards, and contributes to a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to engage customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry training or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
