Frédéric Malle is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is temporary and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical expertise and a passion for people.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country is required if invited to interview.
