FRED (LVMH) in Paris seeks a Wholesale Director, EMEA (fixed-term) to lead EMEA wholesale strategy and manage five Area Sales Managers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute EMEA wholesale strategy to maximise sell-out and long-term brand positioning; report to the Managing Director APAC & EMEA.
- Monitor weekly sell-out performance and implement corrective action plans with commercial teams to meet budgetary objectives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, initiatives and local activations (trade marketing, incentives, training) that drive growth while protecting brand image.
- Oversee sell-in activities: monthly sales forecasts, budget follow-up (CAPEX, T&E), assortment and stock coverage, order calendar and retailer order validation.
- Manage account performance reviews, openings/closings, franchise KPIs and ensure compliance with commercial contracts and client billing.
- Coordinate 360° activation: local marketing execution, CAPEX visibility projects, and organisation of the 2026 B2B trade show in partnership with Marketing.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with e-commerce, training, after‑sales (SAV), heritage/patrimony and other support teams as needed.
- Lead and develop a team of five Area Sales Managers: monitor commercial performance, motivate the team, and build capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' proven commercial experience in the luxury sector, ideally in high-jewelry or fine jewelry wholesale.
- Demonstrated track record in negotiation, account management and wholesale distribution across EMEA.
- Proven people management experience with responsibility for regional sales managers and P&L-influencing targets.
- Strong analytical aptitude for forecasting, budgeting and KPI-driven performance management.
- Fluent English required; Italian is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in luxury wholesale or retail; prior responsibility for regional or EMEA wholesale operations and management of a multi‑location sales team is required. Experience in jewelry is strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce or equivalent.
