FRED (Paris) seeks a Supply & Distribution Assistant (Non‑Precious) — Apprenticeship. Monthly pay €1,002.67–€1,823.03. Excel/VBA and French/English required.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage distribution operations for non‑precious items (cases & packaging, POS displays, uniforms, client gifts): validate and release orders from four warehouses to regional hubs and boutiques.
- Monitor consumption of client gifts by market and handle customer purchase order updates and re‑billing for uniforms.
- Calculate and place replenishment orders for warehouse stock; monitor production, inventory and consumption levels.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse deliveries: liaise with Logistics & Customs to select and validate carriers and track shipments.
- Create new article references in the product database and monitor RAL and OTB metrics to support assortment and availability.
- Coordinate logistics for merchandising launches and VM projects (seasonal activations and local events): align with VM HQ and local VM teams and manage market/warehouse deliveries.
Qualifications
- Master’s level (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, logistics or related field.
- Organised, methodical and rigorous with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent French and English for written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable analysing complex datasets; strong Excel skills and proficiency with VBA.
- Agile, responsive and able to work across multiple teams; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Entry‑level (apprenticeship). No professional seniority required; a first experience in supply planning or logistics is an advantage.
Education
Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1002.67 to EUR 1823.03 per month.
