FRED Paris seeks Senior Sales Associate in jewelry with 5+ years luxury retail experience. Full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium-quality welcome and service to all clients, both French and international
  • Drive boutique revenue growth and consistently exceed commercial targets through consultative selling
  • Develop and nurture the client database both quantitatively and qualitatively to enhance loyalty and acquire new customers
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation, including window displays and product visibility, in accordance with brand codes and image standards
  • Support operational tasks including after-sales service, back-office activities, and boutique daily operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the luxury sector (jewelry, watchmaking, or fine leather goods and accessories)
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language
  • Demonstrated excellence in personal presentation and communication
  • Proficiency with retail applications and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong understanding of retail culture and service excellence standards
