Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing boutique inventory and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Support daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness and proper product display according to brand standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, introducing clients to the brand and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and foster client relationships, building a robust client database.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management. Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
