Fred seeks a Sales Consultant in Nanjing: drive boutique sales, manage inventory and deliver exceptional client service at the Fred Nanjing boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets as assigned by the boutique manager through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; proactively build and manage a portfolio of customers and follow up on after‑sales needs.
- Deliver an exceptional in‑store customer experience by presenting product knowledge and brand heritage with elegance and accuracy.
- Support inventory control and stock management, including regular stock counts and assisting with replenishment processes.
- Assist the boutique manager with daily store operations: maintain boutique standards, visual presentation and merchandising compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of clienteling activities and any post‑sales administrative tasks required by the boutique.
Qualifications
- Minimum completion of secondary education (high school).
- 3–5 years' retail sales experience, preferably in luxury jewellery, watches or premium accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with meticulous attention to presentation and service.
- Availability for boutique hours, including weekends and public holidays, and willingness to work on-site.

Experience
3–5 years of frontline retail experience in luxury jewellery, watches or a closely related premium retail environment, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
