FRED (LVMH) seeks a Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur (The Exchange TRX) — boutique luxury jewellery sales role focused on clienteling and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting and clienteling.
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients, prospects and in‑store browsers at all times.
- Follow company sales and operations procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Perform daily stock take and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.
- Support boutique events, marketing activities and visual merchandising changes in collaboration with the marketing/VM teams.
- Promote and execute CRM initiatives to cultivate and retain a loyal client base.
- Maintain boutique presentation, safety, cleanliness and security to the brand’s exacting standards.
- Work collaboratively within the team to foster a positive, high‑performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably within jewellery or high‑end luxury retail with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated sales‑ and results‑oriented mindset with strong clienteling ability.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, reliable team player with a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and regard for brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience in jewellery or high‑end luxury retail, with documented success meeting individual sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or coursework in retail, hospitality, business or a related field preferred.
