Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalised welcome and advisory service to French and international clients, developing relationships and ensuring client retention
- Execute sales transactions and clienteling to achieve boutique targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service
- Maintain and present merchandise to brand standards: install window displays and ensure consistent visual presentation across showcases
- Manage boutique stock, catalogues and brochures; oversee inventory accuracy and replenishment
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and client dossiers to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction
- Embed and promote the Maison’s image and attitude in all customer interactions and boutique operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a work-study (alternance) or vocational programme relevant to retail, luxury management, commerce or jewellery
- Ideally has a first experience in retail or sales; beginners with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
- Excellent personal presentation and confident interpersonal skills when engaging an international clientele
- Fluent English (required); additional languages an advantage
- Demonstrates autonomy, proactivity, organisational rigour and attention to detail

Entry-level (alternance). A first experience in retail or luxury sales is desirable but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate client-facing aptitude and motivation for the luxury jewellery sector.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher-education programme (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) in retail, luxury management, commerce, or jewellery studies as part of an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
