FRED (LVMH) seeks a Retail Trainer in Paris for comprehensive boutique training across EMEA. Luxury retail experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive training modules on customer service excellence, brand storytelling, product knowledge, sales techniques, and interpersonal skills
  • Deliver workshops, seminars, and e-learning programmes tailored to diverse learner profiles
  • Conduct regular field visits to observe, evaluate, and coach store managers and sales associates
  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training solutions
  • Support managers in developing coaching competencies and foster collaborative learning environments
  • Provide constructive feedback and share best-practice recommendations
  • Collaborate with store leadership to analyse sales performance, identify training needs, and contribute to revenue growth and conversion rate improvement
  • Align training initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Plan, manage invitations, registrations, and distribution of training materials and attendance tracking
  • Promote adoption of digital learning platforms and ensure high completion rates
  • Animate knowledge-sharing through internal digital tools to maintain team engagement
  • Prepare training materials and produce regular reports on activities, attendance, and participation metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail training or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in sales within the luxury sector
  • Mastery of pedagogical methods, coaching, and sales techniques
