FRED — Paris: Retail Trainer, EMEA. Full‑time role leading retail learning, coaching and e‑learning across EMEA for the Maison's boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy comprehensive training curricula covering client service excellence, Maison storytelling, product knowledge, selling techniques and interpersonal skills.
  • Deliver instructor-led workshops, seminars and e‑learning modules adapted to varied learner profiles; lead onboarding programmes for new hires and ensure continuous upskilling of in‑store teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits to observe, assess and coach sales associates and store managers; provide actionable feedback and implement targeted development plans.
  • Partner with store leadership to analyse sales performance and conversion metrics, identify training needs and align learning initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Maintain and continuously update training materials; manage logistics for sessions (invitations, registrations, attendance tracking) and produce regular reports on activity and completion rates.
  • Promote adoption of digital learning platforms and internal knowledge‑sharing tools to sustain engagement and best‑practice exchange across markets.
  • Travel across assigned territories (Ile‑de‑France, South of France, UK, Dubai) to deliver and support training activities on site.

Qualifications

  • Proven mastery of pedagogical methods, coaching techniques and retail sales methodologies.
  • Strong capability to assess competencies, drive performance and design measurable learning interventions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills with ease in multicultural and multilingual environments.
  • Demonstrated customer‑centric mindset, high organisational aptitude and professional poise appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Fluent English required for international training delivery; French language skills advantageous.
