FRED seeks a Stand Manager in Le Chesnay (Parly 2), France — lead the jewellery stand, drive sales and manage the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance of the Parly 2 stand: meet and exceed sales targets and capture market share within the department store's jewellery offering.
- Develop and execute local brand positioning and partnerships with store stakeholders (Personal Shoppers, VIP teams) to maximise visibility and traffic.
- Grow and maintain the client database using CRM initiatives; proactively recruit new clients and convert prospects into buyers of mid- and high-jewellery.
- Analyse sales KPIs and market intelligence; propose and implement corrective action plans and report on quantitative and qualitative performance.
- Lead, recruit, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while fostering skill development and strong client service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including stock management, visual merchandising standards, scheduling, accounting routines and after‑sales service.
- Ensure compliance with brand visual merchandising guidelines, security procedures and HR policies.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail with demonstrated commercial results; experience in jewellery is a strong plus.
- Proven team management experience including recruitment, coaching and performance management.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience interpreting KPIs and building action plans.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail with demonstrated leadership and commercial accountability; prior experience in jewellery retail is preferable.
Education
