FRED (LVMH) in Paris is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant (Apprenticeship). Client-facing luxury jewellery role; English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Adopt and embody the Fred Samuel customer-facing attitude and brand standards in all interactions.
- Welcome, advise and develop relationships with French and international clients to drive sales and loyalty.
- Maintain visual standards: set up shop windows, ensure product presentation and coherence with the brand image.
- Manage boutique stock, including jewellery, catalogues and brochures, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate after-sales service dossiers and liaise with internal teams to resolve client requests.
- Guarantee an exceptional level of service tailored to a discerning luxury clientele.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidate; a first retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent personal presentation and confidence when dealing with an international clientele.
- Fluent English is indispensable; ability to communicate in French strongly desirable.
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector, with a dynamic, autonomous and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisation, attention to detail and rigor in daily tasks.
