Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily press submissions and coordinate photography shootings with French media
• Organise and track the dispatch and return of product samples to media partners
• Prepare and distribute press kits and communications releases to press contacts
• Compile jewellery press reviews for both French and international markets
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Press Relations, responding to inquiries from domestic and international media through partner PR agencies
• Participate in the planning and execution of recurring public relations events designed to enhance the Maison's brand reputation
• Support influencer engagement and activation campaigns aligned with brand positioning
• Assist in coordinating PR events across France and international markets
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases under supervision
• Monitor influencer and media landscape developments relevant to the brand

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university programme
• Strong demonstrated interest in the luxury sector
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a press office or media relations department (preferred)

Entry-level or beginner (internship position); prior press office experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university programme.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.

Benefits

Monthly internship stipend of €900–€1,300 gross; one day of remote work per week after three months tenure and manager approval; six days of paid absences annually; meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% covered by the Maison; 50% reimbursement of public transport subscriptions.
